Starting Stories

As we launch our narrative writing unit, we have learned that writers write about special people and special places. As writers, we learn from each other all the time.
Today in share time, we heard from writers who used sensory details, descriptive details and onomatopoeia or sound words.
Webs are a great tool a writer uses to generate thoughts. Each writer also has their writing book to use as another tool!

  2. What an inspiration! Lucy would be proud. I can't wait to read your students' papers when you display the published pieces in the hallway. Good job Mrs. Constande and Mrs. Walag!
